IPod: best technological thing ever

I’m usually very late with the technological things, I always have the oldest cellphone, the oldest TV , but somehow my life changed when I was in the U.S. and I got the fever of having an ipod.

The Ipod touch didn’t exist yet, so I was hoping to get an Ipod nano, because one of my very best friends had one and it just seemd the perfect size to carry on, during gym class, running or traveling , so I decided I was going to get it on Thanksgiving Day , because it was cheaper. I woke up that day very very excited and my host family had a gift for me , and guess what?? It was an Ipod! I couldn’t believe it! From then on I never left my house without it.

But unfortunately it was stolen from me in a cab. And it was a very sad day, I had so many great songs in it! And many times I dreamed that I found it in my pockets it was very very sad! .. until my grandpa gave me one as a Christmas present , the new ipod touch! it was the best day ever… I use it every day, for taking notes, I usually check my e-mails on it , my FB my twitter, it’s just awesome and I can take beautiful pics with it J

One of my favorite bands ever is Mago de Oz, I like them since I first heard them ever, I don’t know much about them only that they are a Spanish group; I think because I never get obsessed or anything with a group of music, it  is not my type, I just play their music on my ipod and that’s all (a lie, I just scream their music on my head and its totally hilarious to watch me I guess). I love the music they play mostly because they have a Celtic style on their songs..I love all the songs! But most the oldies (but goodies) , like Santo Grial, Costa del Silencio..I couldn’t go to their last concert here in Chile , because I had already bought tickets for Pearl Jam so , hopefully when they come next time I’ll be in first row!
PS: my favorite CD picture

my life so far

Hey there, I was born in Santiago in the fall of 1990, at the age of 3 we moved to the most beautiful city in the country, La Serena. After my two little sisters were born my dad went to do a postgraduate course  in France, & after 6 months we ( my mom and sisters) followed him. I lived in Nantes for a year and a half, I went to school there and we came back to Chile and lived in La Serena again were I grew up there until I decided that the city wasn’t big enough to live my dreams and at the age of 17 , I went on an exchange program , called Rotary Exchange Students, and after doing some papers I traveled to U.S.A and lived in a very green and rainy city called Portland, in Oregon on the west coast. After a year I came back and made up my mind , and decided to study architecture, so I took some classes to prepare the PSU test and ready to go!

I love to do sports, but I have some knee problems so I’m taking it easy right now.. and my other big hobby while traveling between cities or in the city is to read.
